My host family is very nice. I will take another opportunity to recount my first meal experience because it really was an experience. I was impressed and fascinated by the cultural differences happening right in front of me. After the lunch, the parents pretty much walked me around one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. I saw a lot of places that I will definitely be revisiting and I will recount them here then.
The day was very cold however. Apparently, the last time Paris has seen such cold temperatures was 20 years ago! What a week to chose for my very first visit! Despite the cold, the tour was amazing and it was great talking with my new host parents. The place we visited was in the 19th district and it has Cite des Dance, Cite de la Musique, Cite de Sciences among many other things. More details coming later.. Right now, it's almost 3 and I am heading to bed.
